Terms of Service — Wingman

By installing or using the Wingman plugin for the Even Realities G2, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the plugin.

1. What Wingman is

Wingman is a heads-up display plugin that renders insights pushed from a user-configured Wingman backend to the G2 glasses. It is a personal tool, provided on an as-is basis.

2. Intended use

Wingman is for personal, informational use. It is not a safety device, medical device, navigation device, or compliance tool.
Do not rely on Wingman output for any decision where error, delay, or absence of a push would cause harm.
Do not use Wingman while driving or operating equipment where distraction is unsafe.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of any insight pushed from your Wingman backend to the plugin.
You are responsible for keeping your Wingman backend tokens and endpoints private.
You will not use the plugin to harass, surveil, or harm others.

4. No warranty

The plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Your use of the plugin is at your sole risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the plugin, including loss of data, device damage, missed alerts, or reliance on plugin output. Total aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin (which, for a free plugin, is zero).

6. Changes and termination

The operator may update or discontinue the plugin at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
