By using Certico ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
Certico provides a Digital Product Passport platform enabling brands to create, manage, and share product sustainability data, and consumers to track their wardrobe and access product information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting false product data, attempting to access other users' accounts, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Reviews and content you submit may be displayed publicly on product passport pages. You retain ownership of your content but grant Certico a licence to display it within the platform.
Product passport data is provided by brands and suppliers. Certico facilitates data sharing but does not independently verify all claims. "AI Benchmark" labels indicate AI-generated estimates.
The Service is provided "as is". Certico is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
